Hbaazi Terms & Conditions — fully in English

By using the hbaazi.click website and its associated mobile application ("Platform"), you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and hbaazi ("Platform Operator"), and are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

These Terms & Conditions are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any linguistic discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

To open an account on hbaazi, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum age 18 years is required. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed without notice and balances may be forfeited.
• Each individual may only one account You may open. If a single individual is found to hold multiple accounts, all of them will be cancelled.
• The information provided at registration must be completely Accurate & Truthful must be.
• Each mobile number and email address may only be linked to one account.
• Accounts cannot be registered from countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law.

KYC Verification

You must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification within a set period after registration. This requires uploading a clear photo of your National ID or passport along with a selfie. Withdrawals will not be possible until KYC verification is approved.

You are solely responsible for the security of your hbaazi account. Never share your login credentials (password, OTP) with anyone. hbaazi will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

• Report any suspicious activity to support right away.
• Change your password regularly and always use a strong one.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi.
• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.

Hbaazi reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any user account if there is evidence of suspicious activity, rule violations, or fraud.

Deposits on hbaazi can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Minimum and maximum limits vary by payment method.

Important Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for the deposit — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• You cannot submit a new withdrawal request while one is already being processed.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on hbaazi. Each bet constitutes a binding agreement — once confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Minimum Bet: ৳10 (may vary by market).
• Maximum Bet: Set individually per event — displayed next to the odds.
• Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical fault, hbaazi reserves the right to void it.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes refunded.

Results & Disputes

Hbaazi verifies match results through internationally recognized sources. If you have a dispute regarding a result, please contact support within 48 hours. hbaazi's decision in such matters is final.

Hbaazi offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms detailed on the bonus page, though the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Available to new users only.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, you are generally required to wager 5–10x the bonus amount — please refer to the specific offer's terms for details.
• Duration: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• It may not be possible to claim a new bonus while another bonus is still active.
• If bonus claims are attempted across multiple accounts from the same IP address or device, all bonuses will be cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbaazi platform. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of, or having influenced, the outcome.
• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to gain artificial profits by exploiting bonuses or odds.
• Bots or Automated Software: Using any automated system to place bets.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account with others or using someone else's account.
• False Information: Submitting false or fabricated information during registration or verification.

Hbaazi always strives to provide a stable and reliable service. However, there are certain circumstances for which we cannot be held responsible:

• If a bet cannot be placed due to a lost internet connection or device issue.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a server issue on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• When the service is unavailable due to unexpected technical errors or scheduled server maintenance.
• When unauthorized access to an account occurs because the user shared their login credentials.
• If service is disrupted due to natural disasters or government directives.

Hbaazi's total liability shall in no case exceed the value of the transaction in question.

Hbaazi believes betting is entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage all users to place bets responsibly.

• Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
• Chasing losses by placing more bets is dangerous.
• If you notice signs of betting addiction, seek help immediately.
• Keep this platform away from anyone under the age of 18.

Hbaazi reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified via their registered email or in-app notification before any changes take effect.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account. However, continued use of the platform after any changes have taken effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

Account Closure Process

• To close your account, please contact our support team.
• Please withdraw your balance before closing your account.
• If hbaazi suspends your account due to a violation, your remaining balance may not be refunded.
• Data from closed accounts may be retained for up to 5 years as required by law.
